Navigate to Reports, select the Journal report, customize the period, and filter by "Journal Entry" to view all notes and annotations.

You can view all updates by creating a new Note report, then using the (Columns) View and Add Column to select Name of the Project. Key "View All" Issues and Tips A report
If the "View All" link on a dashboard isn't working, check the PA (Performance Analytics) dashboard filters. Make sure the lower filter matches the primary filter.
Similar to Activity, choose Form Report, filter by user, and click "View Details" to see all completed forms and attached documents.
