Set in the year 2051, 15-year-old (Kirsten Storms) finds herself in trouble once again after accidentally trashing Commander Plank's office. As punishment, she is assigned to the "boring" task of monitoring the Alien Patrol lab . However, the assignment becomes critical when she receives a mysterious signal that she believes is from extraterrestrials.
Simultaneously, the space station is placed under military command by , who plans to decommission parts of the "Space-Stay" due to prior damage. Zenon must sneak down to Earth to find her idol, pop star Proto Zoa , whom she believes the aliens are trying to contact. Along the way, she reluctantly teams up with her former nemesis, Margie Hammond , and ultimately discovers that the aliens were actually trying to communicate with her all along.
