The title refers to the Heisenberg principle—the idea that you can’t know both the position and the momentum of a particle at the same time. In S4E7, this translates beautifully to the characters' lives. For every "position" they try to secure (their safety, their secrets, their alliances), they lose all "momentum" in their ultimate goal.
